During writing workshops and rap workshops with the rappers Sister Fa and Sandra Selimovic, there is an intense engagement with topics surrounding the history and present of hip hop from a feminist and intersectional perspective. Connections are made between personal experiences and those of others, between female rap and the history of the Black Panther movement as a historical reference for self-organized resistance. Over time, the girls find their own approach to rap as an artistic means of expressing their reality and addressing social injustices. The process resulted in a music video and two collectively created songs, which were performed at a concert at Theater X.

XX not only laid the foundation for the long-standing cooperation with MÄDEA, but the participating girls also developed the name SISTERQUEENS as a self-designation. Since then, SISTERQUEENS stands for principles such as sisterhood, multiple authorship, and youth rap by, with, and for Minta* and Flinta*.
