Since 2020, Peira has been producing the international and digital festival Tender Absence, which in its three previous editions has been dedicated to questions of sustainable, collaborative practice under different thematic settings. Over the course of the editions, around 40 artists from all over the world have been invited to develop and present digital and hybrid artistic formats for Tender Absence, while at the same time exchanging ideas with each other and the audience in discussion formats and workshops.
The first screening dates for the documentary Sisterqueens by Clara Stella Hüneke have been set.
The film opens the new Berlin film and media festival @dokumentale.ber and will be shown on two more evenings after the opening.

At both festivals, the team will be there for a Q&A after the screening.
The sister*hood project brings girls* and young women* together around Mehringplatz. Together we have organized various artistic workshops, film evenings and excursions.
